Consortium Financial Aid Agreement

If the consortium agreement is approved by FAS, the Deputy Director draws up the consortium contract and sends it by e-mail to the host school. Consortium agreement forms are available on the Forms page of the Grants website. If you receive financial aid for courses taught at another institution or university, EOU must receive an official transcript of those courses, even if the grades may have a negative impact on your overall average. It is your responsibility to provide an official transcript to EOU. You may have to pay a transcription fee to the host institution. Note: We will take unofficial transcripts at the end of the summer, fall, and winter terms to calculate your satisfactory academic progress. We will need the official academic transcript at the end of the spring term. If a student does not submit an official transcript by the end of the spring term, we will not process financial support for the next award year until we receive the official transcript. You must take enough credit hours with the EOU to qualify for financial aid, at least six hours for students and five hours for PhD students.

If you enroll simultaneously in the EOU and another school, the full enrolment hours between the two schools will be used to determine your eligibility. 1. Complete the free Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application and register fhSU (code: 001915) as a school to get the information and respond to any requests for additional information. The student`s Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) is processed and a bonus letter is sent to the student with estimated financial amounts based on total enrollment/tuition for that semester. The student`s participation fee reflects the actual tuition fees collected by the host and home institutions. The remaining fees for books, accessories, rooms and meals, transportation and other expenses are based on the standard costs of the FHSU. Adjustments are made at the time of payment when registration changes or if initial cost estimates differ from actual expenditures.2. Determine the level of registration and make any changes you want before federal financial assistance is paid. . . .
